THE NRG HIGH POTENTIAL GROUP IS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR, TEAM LEAD AND SUPERVISOR LEVEL INDIVIDUAL
This coaching group was developed specifically for high potential motivated professionals and will consist of 12 to 16 people who have an interest in tapping into a diverse network of like-minded individuals to get a different perspective on ideas, business concerns and personal and/or professional growth. This group will meet virtually once a month for a one-two hour group meeting. Each member will receive a one-on-one professional coaching session to determine goals and priorities. Professional Coaching packages vary depending upon focus and need.
POSITIVE FOCUS & FORWARD MOVING
Sessions take a proactive approach to reaching desired goals. The focus is a positive one, teaching skills to help group members stay in their most resourceful state to achieve results. The facilitated meetings allow time for you to get insights from your peers on any topic in your business or personal life.

Each group gathering will offer a short training on topics that support both personal and professional growth. This interactive virtual workshop setting encourages interaction and sharing. The diversity of the group wisdom and experience broadens your perspective, creating a deeper learning experience.
SIX TO TWELVE WISDOM EXCHANGES
Twelve virtual group meetings a year will expand your professional network of resources and opportunities. Your group becomes your unbiased board of advisors offering uninterrupted time for connection as well as time to discuss sensitive and important topics.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING SESSIONS
All participants will have access to additional individual, one-on-one professional telephone coaching support to anchor in goals, add a level of accountability, process personal or business objectives and allow time to explore and further ideas or concerns as a result of the group suggestions.
